First I suggest you get a group of 4 people before you attempt the quest. Then all of you go to heartwood and talk to the NPC called Calendor (accept dreadhorn quest). Next go to twisted weald also known as mushroom cave located west of the spirit shrine in ilsh. You need to collect 6 items in there:
1. Thorny horn: it spawns on the ground in the desert area inside twisted weald.
2. Kill a blue wolf looking thing called Gnaw and get the Gnaws Fang. It spawns in a little cave between a swamp and the desert.
3. The other 4 items can be found in the swamp area.
- Sabrix Eye: Kill lady Sabrix (a giant black spider) and loot.
- Lissith Silk: Kill Lady Lissith (a giant black spider) and loot.
- Irk's Brain: Kill Irk (an orange pixie looking thing) and loot.
- Blighted cotton: It can be found on the ground.

Once you have all 6 items go to the altar at the bottom left of the swamp. There's a statue in the middle. Drop all 6 items to the statue and you'd get some white bottles. Hand each person in your party a white bottle and drink it. You will then be teleported to an island and that's where the dreadhorn is. It looks like a unicorn but has tons of HP. There were 3 ppl in our group and it took about 30 mins to kill it.

Хм, я бы попробовал но моему тамеру для этого категорически надо скролл 120 музыки и ее докачать. Ибо главный толк от меня в такой ситуации - если дискорд пройдет.
